How to leave the bad habbit..

First of all we should know the definition of bad habbit.It is the condition in which a person is using his/ her time , using physical nd mental energy for some unecssary work nd resulting in   loss of time, physical weakness nd mental distress ..
Some examples of bad habbits are as:.
:-Continuous use of smart phone.
:-watching movies continuously..
:- watching porn movies..
:-masterbation
:-looking for unnecessary things.
:- loss of concentration on good resulting works..
So a person should make  control on on natural phenomenons in himself..
Otherwise if he get involved in unnatural works ,a person must think he is involved in bad habbit..
Results of bad habbits:- 
:- Loss of time
:-physical weakness or unfit
:-mental distress..
:- Loss of concentration
:negative thinking..
:- loss of self control
:- preferring to remain away from friends nd family members..
:- always quarrelling..
:- Chance of neurological disorders

:- no loss of time ..
:- positive thinking..
:- mentally fit..
:-possessing self control
:- Always thinking on good resulting works

How a person  can not get involved in a bad habbit..Here are some suggestions:-
:- Leave loneliness or isolation after studies completion of your work..
Get  involved in playing with friends if u  have time..
: Help to your parents in their work..
:- don't remain in ur bed long lasting time ..
:- if u r going to sleep don't use mobile phone in bed but prefer to sleep as early..
:- make control on ur emotions..
:- Don't see any seductive content on internet..
:- try to help others in ur free time..
