Stem Cell Therapy| What is stem cell therapy.

Early in the formation of fetus, the embryo contains versatile genetic material known as stem cells .
These non differentiated cells gradually produce both other stem cells and the tissue that forms the rest of the body.
Researchers indicates that stem cells, cultivated from early stage embryo called a blastocyst, could replace the damaged by heart disease, diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, or other illnesses.
Because the embryo is destroyed in the process of extracting stem,  Research has raised ethical concerns.
Researchers have made strides in alternative sources, including cells from adult donors and hematopoietic ( blood forming) stem cells from the umbilical cords of newborns. These are used to treat blood diseases such as leukemia and lymphoma.
